Wow! This is the real deal. I've been looking for a genuine Korean Fried Chicken place. This is the closest thing I've found to the SoonSal chicken I ate on my mission. Fully deserved all 5 stars. Delicious. I got the Angry Red sauce on the crispy bites meal with fries (nothing special, typical French fries) and sticky rice.

Incredible food. Incredible service. Went around 2 PM and we were the only people there. They let us try samples of each sauce before we ordered to see what we liked best. We got the boneless sweet red and Bone in creamy onion. I thought the bone in tasted better than boneless, but both were great. Both sauces were also great. I can't emphasize enough how good the customer service was. They were very friendly and helped us ensure we'd get the best meal for us. Afterward they also asked our opinions and what they could improve. They're currently doing renovations so some options/days might not be available like normal but I was still able to get exactly what I wanted. Maybe the best fried chicken I've had but it's sort of hard to compare to traditional fried chicken with the sauces. 10/10 would recommend.

So yummy! Everything tasted spectacular! Glad to have Korean fried chicken here in Provo. Ordered their crispy bites-- creamy onion & sweet red flavors. So good! Gotta try their spicy sauces next time!

A fantastic place to go for a quick bike of fried chicken! The pieces of chicken that they give you are so big and delicious! We got the angry red and golden soy sauces, and they were such a great combo! It was crispy, the fries were salty and perfectly cooked, and I ate the whole thing of picked radish. The service was fast and clean, and it was really fun and clean inside. It's a great fast place to eat and may be my favorite fried chicken in the city.

This place is like a little hole in the wall place and totally worth your visit! The staff member was super nice, smiled and offered some good information about the flavors of the sauce and spicy levels. The seating was ok and there is a bit of seating as well. The food was pretty good and I was really surprised to be honest. The sauce was sweet and savory and the rice was delicious too. The fries were good but nothing special with them. They had other dishes as well and it all looks and tastes delicious. I would say the price point is a few dollars higher than I wanted though for the meal.

Back at this place again! They have the best fried chicken. My favorite flavor is the Angry Soy because the other flavors are slightly too strong for me. However, the Angry Soy is able to attain this perfect balance of sauce and chicken flavor. The skin was so thin and crispy; I can never get enough of these! The bone-in wings are definitely better than the boneless ones. Although the boneless are more convenient to eat (and cheaper), the skin is thicker, and the meat is not as tender. The crispy chicken salad was really good, too. It's great for those who would like a healthier option. I liked the salad dressing -- it's sweet, and I could taste some mango flavor (not sure if it's actually mango, though). The owner was very nice and allowed my friends to reserve tables for a birthday party. They even played the birthday song in the background for us! The tables are clean, and they have cute decorations on the wall. Will definitely go back again and again!

Nice! New spot and did not disappoint. It is a bit pricey but we left happy and full. Loved the sauces, want to come back to try the spicy options. There isn't much a variety on the menu. Few items for now but they are well made. The wings are huge! Tons of meat and crispy. Loved the chicken bites and fries. Perfect for 2 people to enjoy.

Chicken in the Kitchen has the BEST Korean fried chicken. I have been there a few times now, and it never disappoints. AND my Korean friends told me this place is pretty authentic, so you should definitely try it out. There are 5 flavors to choose from for the chicken, and I would recommend the Creamy Onion (non-spicy) and the Angry Red (spicy). My friend liked the Angry Soy (spicy) too, if you think the Angry Red flavor might be too strong for you. The Sweet Red tastes fine, but personally, I prefer the other ones. The Golden Soy seems very plain compared to the other flavors, and I would not recommend this. I always think bone-in is a lot better than boneless, so I would definitely suggest getting the crispy jumbo wings. They also provide disposable gloves if you don't wanna get your hands dirty. The crispy bites are still really good though and easy to eat. They have other chicken dishes, which are good, but they are like nothing compared to the fried chicken. So I won't really order those unless I share everything with a big group to get a variety of food. The hotteok tastes yummy, but they are not worth the price. The portions might seem small, but the fried chicken can actually fill up your stomach pretty quickly. I can't finish the small (8 pcs) (my guy friends can though and get completely full). I really wish they could provide the option of XS (6 pcs) for people who can't eat as much! I usually order the medium (16 pcs) and share among 3 people. You also get to try more flavors for bigger orders, so grab your friends and go together! Each time I go, I do have to wait around 20+ minutes before the food arrives, but it's worth it because they make the fried chicken fresh after you place the order. The skin is crispy, and the meat inside is juicy. While you wait, you can enjoy the art on the wall done by the customers! They are from an art competition held by the restaurant when it newly opened up.
